Students living in University Village must complete this online work order request to have a non-emergency issue fixed. Work orders will be prioritized and addressed by the University Village maintenance staff.

Do not fill this out for emergencies. Contact the main office at 402.554.6600 or your RA. Emergencies would be issues dealing with heat, air conditioning, water leaking, or safety (lock on main suite door or windows).

Work orders should not be submitted for the following items:

• Cox cable or internet issues (call Cox directly at 402-315-1520)
• Laundry machine issues (call directly at 800-762-3452)
